(Poster in attachment.) After a stressful incident or in revisiting difficult situations of the past, the learner tells his story. Afterwards learner & teacher puzzle the story elements in the corresponding spots of the conflict cycle. The learner is encouraged to find alternative thoughts, feelings and behavior to turn the conflict cycle into a solution cycle.
