Start with the eyes, eyebrows, the nose then mouth and ears and finally draw in the shape of the face and the hair add texture Take out drawings and have a laugh. Repeat process with clean sheet of paper discard the bag. Observe each other carefully focusing on features and proportions Add as much detail as you can.
