(Chamberlain JM ve Haaga DAF. (2001) Unconditional self- acceptance and psychological health, J Rational-Emotive & Cogn-Behav Therapy, 19: 163-176) Be able to gain insight about self-acceptance. Activity 6 The trainer gives the message and information below to the learners. Be able to see the steps of acceptance and acceptance.
